Roger's and Peggy's intentions about cost:

  • Costs of bringing Trillium Creek to the point where we and our future neighbors can build is being divided proportionally among us and buyers.
  • Much of what is needed for families to build custom homes is expensive, and we will continue to work creatively and collaboratively to keep those costs down.
  • Costs of maintaining shared spaces and utilities will be shared by all of us through a home owners’ association.
  • We are generating ideas for the neighborhood to raise funds for ongoing maintenance, such as hosting weddings and family reunions.
